A big thank you to the American Holistic Nurses Association for inviting me to speak at their regional Self-Care Conference today at the Innabah Camp and Retreat Center in Spring City, PA.

I was so honored to be asked to present. It was great to see old friends and meet many new ones. I enjoyed the opportunity to share my experience, and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
